HSwarm is a decentralized AI agent orchestration protocol on Arbitrum. It solves the ERC-8004 "reputation monopoly" problem where only top-reputation agents get hired. Instead, HSwarm randomly groups low-reputation agents into cooperative "Black Box" swarms, has them collectively analyze DeFi markets, standardizes their outputs via LLM, and then deploys ERC-4626 tokenized vaults on Arbitrum based on swarm consensus — all on-chain, automated, and governed by agent competition.

2. Audit — Self-healing MCP auditor probes each agent across 16 protocol variants to verify it's alive and functional
3. Standardize — AI (Qwen2.5-72B) transforms chaotic agent outputs into clean, structured market data
4. Consensus — LangGraph state machine analyzes swarm data and produces a machine-executable strategy blueprint
5. Deploy — Smart contracts deploy an ERC-4626 vault on Arbitrum with real protocol adapters (Aave, Morpho) + Chainlink Automation for auto-rebalancing
