ArrowHead is a specialized diagnostic utility and stress-testing protocol designed exclusively for Robinhood Chain (RHC). It acts as an on-chain probe, executing atomic "Arrow Shots" to benchmark the network's true performance (sequencer latency, gas volatility) from a developer's perspective.

Developed the core ArrowHead smart contract using Solidity and successfully deployed it to the Robinhood Chain Testnet. Verified the contract source code on Blockscout. Created a Python-based client script (arrow_shooter.py) to interact with the protocol and measure sequencer latency.
